Prof (Dr) Geetha Ganesan is a distinguished researcher, educator, and academic leader with 28 + years of combined experience spanning software development, higher education, research and administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Cryptography and Network Security and is a Microsoft Certified Programmer and Solution Developer. Her multifaceted career includes 7 years in the software industry, working with leading organizations such as Verizon in Dallas, Texas, and United States Automobile Association in San Antonio, Texas, followed by 21+ years of dedicated service in prestigious institutions including Sathyabama University, Lovely Professional University,  JAIN University and currently Sharda University.

With over 20 years of experience in legal education, Dr. Dave is a renowned expert in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Laws, and Criminal Law. He holds an LL.M. and PhD from prestigious institutions, including a Doctoral Scholarship at The Hague Academy of International Law, and has received awards for his academic excellence. He started his career with Gujarat National Law University as Assistant Professor and later on served as in charge Registrar. He also served as Associate Professor and Area Head with Institute of Law, Nirma University.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar is working as a HoD and Professor at Sharda University. Earlier, he served as Scientist ‘G & Head at National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee. He obtained B.E. Civil Eng., M.E. Hydraulics & Irrigation Eng. and Ph.D. in Hydrology from IIT, Roorkee. Received trainings at UC, Davis, USA; DHI, Denmark; ICHARM, Japan and IHE, Netherlands. He has completed 54 consultancies of Rs. 16 crores; published more than 300 research papers and received 10 awards. He has made 20 foreign visits for trainings, conferences and meetings under UNDP, World Bank, UNESCO, European Union, AWCI, ADPHT projects.
