Dr. Rajiv Bhalla is a seasoned academic and legal professional with over two decades of diversified experience spanning academia, corporate legal services, and legal research. Currently serving as Professor of Law and Research Coordinator at University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Chandigarh University, he has previously held pivotal roles such as Head of Department for LL.B., B.A.LL.B., and LL.M. programs, and Senior Specialist – Contracts in a global legal services firm. With a Ph.D. in Law from Panjab University and a professional foundation in commerce and law, Dr. Bhalla has developed academic and research expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Cyber and IT Law, E-Banking and Financial Law, and Legal Implications of Artificial Intelligence. His contributions include Scopus-indexed publications on AI-driven legal literacy, trademark law in cyberspace, and legal aspects of digital banking.

Dr. Kaur holds a Ph.D. in Business Studies from Punjabi University, Patiala, with her doctoral research focusing on entrepreneurial competencies in MSMEs across Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. She has also completed an M.Phil and MBA in Human Resource Management, building a solid foundation for her dual engagement in academia and industry.

Prof. (Dr.) Radhika Dev Varma Arora is a seasoned legal academician and scholar with over 15 years of experience in legal education, research, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Professor and Head of the BCOMLL.B (Hons) program at Chandigarh University, she brings a distinctive blend of academic rigor and interdisciplinary insight to the field of law. She holds a Ph.D. in Law with a specialized focus on the legal implications of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in India and is a UGC-NET qualified scholar. An alumna of Punjab and Delhi Universities, she ranked second in her LL.M. at Punjab University. Dr. Arora has guided more than 70 postgraduate dissertations and several doctoral theses in areas such as international humanitarian law and the Responsibility to Protect (R2P).
